What do I need?

A lot of functionality relies on power data, so having a power meter is highly recommended. A heart rate monitor is also useful, especially if you don't have a power meter. Having both is ideal.

What does this cost?

This is completely free to use for the first 30 days. No credit card required. After that, subscriptions cost A$10/month when paid monthly, or A$80/year when paid annually (show currency conversion table).

You don't need to fill these out now, but they are needed for some features of this site.
?US shows distances in miles, elevations in feet, speeds in miles per an hour, temperatures in degrees Fahrenheit, and weights in pounds. UK is the same as metric, but uses US units for distances and speed.
kg ?This is used to display power outputs as watts/kg in some places.
cm ?This is used for statistics. If entering as feet and inches, separate the numbers with a space, e.g., 5' 10" or 6 1.5.
W ?Functional threshold power, the greatest power output you can sustain for one hour. Don't worry if you don't know what it is. If you know how your FTP has changed over time, you can enter its history later.
BPM ?Sex, resting heart rate and maximum heart rate are used to calculate TRIMP scores for rides, which is a good alternative if you don't have a power meter.
