4x 8/2 VO2 max

I felt like this workout was pretty tough and that I might not be able to hold the required power for the duration of the intervals. I dialed back the third interval to 99% (337->333w) in order to make sure I could finish, but felt good enough to go back to 100% for the 4th interval.
